Realtime are looking for a Security Architect to design IT Security architecture and roadmaps, supporting strategic and business goals. You will ensure alignment of business, application, data, and technology perspectives with the organization's security policies and standards. What you get: - Market leading salary - Hybrid working - Bonus - 30 days Annual leave - Health Insurance - Performance pay - Pension & income protection Skills & Responsibilities: - 6+ years in IT Security architecture with relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA... - Technical knowledge in infrastructure, application security, web, & cloud technologies. - Proven experience as a Senior Security Architect in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of industry security frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT - Experience with senior management, compliance, and regulatory bodies. - Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes, analyze data, and provide clear reports to senior management. - Lead and manage the security architecture and engineering team, fostering teamwork and efficient communication. - Delegate tasks, manage resources, and support individual development priorities. - Define and develop IT Security Architecture with key stakeholders, ensuring protection of systems, networks, and applications. - Design security frameworks and recommend new security capabilities. - Build relationships to drive IT security strategy and represent IT Security in technical reviews and business discussions. - Conduct risk assessments, recommend mitigation controls, and assist in IT risk management.
