Cloud Support Security Engineer: A critical role in enabling security specialists to use AWS Services, requiring expertise in security models, identity and access concepts, and security-related certifications. The successful candidate will partner with Amazon Web Services teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues, leverage their extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams, and drive customer communication during critical events. Key responsibilities include applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, interacting with leading engineers, and working on critical, highly complex customer problems. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience in hardware security models, ability to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese, and understanding of secure-cloud configuration, cloud-security technologies, and cloud-permission systems.
