Job Description
Drive security and stability of AWS while innovating automation of operations for DDoS Response Team. Lead complex issues to resolution, communicate design best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to deliver high standards for safety and security.
Key responsibilities include researching and advocating for application and network security, diagnosing and responding to events, and driving improvements in DDoS resilience. Develop automation scripts and tools, and advise leadership on new trends and ways to improve security.
Minimum requirements include 4+ years of experience in application and network security engineering, 1+ years of automation scripting experience, and 4+ years of experience in a technical on-call capacity. Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking, IP routing, server load balancing, and network security architecture.
