**Security Engineering Manager** We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineering Manager to join our Dublin team, responsible for understanding customer security challenges and delivering the Origina security value proposition. **Job Description** At Origina, we excel in third-party support and maintenance for software solutions, focusing on over 800 IBM products. Our customer-centric service philosophy revolves around three core principles: extending product longevity, protecting security and stability, and enhancing performance and functionality. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage Origina's vulnerability report process daily • Coordinate threat intelligence and product knowledge collation • Apply security expertise to risk mitigation, compliance, and implementation • Oversee daily management of Origina's threat intelligence partnership • Compose and publish high-quality vulnerability advisories with clear mitigation actions for IBM products within a risk-based, Defense in Depth security model • Manage security tickets from triage to closure • Engage stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and product experts • Develop mitigating actions aligned with Origina's security methodologies within business, operational, and financial constraints • Capture lessons learned • Contribute to the security knowledge base and service development • Stay updated on security trends, tools, methodologies, and regulations • Collaborate with internal departments, Customer Support, Account Management, Service Innovation, and industry experts **Requirements** • Minimum of 5 years in engineering security mitigations for complex risks • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, teamwork, and customer interaction skills • Tech-savvy with security and systems experience, capable of root cause analysis and formulating appropriate actions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a flair for creative solutions to complex technical challenges • Resilient and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment • Ability to build and manage relationships with trust and integrity • Effective communication with technical, security, and operational stakeholders • Operations experience in delivering operational capability or service • Strong focus on quality and risk management, with situational analysis skills to identify, measure, and record risks • Experience in threat intelligence analysis and reporting • Knowledge and experience with ISO27001, NIST framework, and Cyber Assessment Framework • Understanding of CWE, CVE, and CWSS • IBM product experience a bonus • Experience in risk-based modeling • Willingness to travel **What We Offer** • Competitive compensation that rewards achievement • Hybrid, flexible working model • High-level Health, Dental, and Vision insurance • Life insurance & Income Protection • 23 days Annual Leave plus 2 company days • Generous Maternity & Paternity leave policies • 6% Pension match • €200 annual wellness benefit • €1,000 professional development benefit • Career development & training opportunities • Employee Assistance Programme • Fun and inclusive environment with regular events organised by Engagement, and Diversity Committees
