Job Title: Security Officer
About Decotek Automotive
Decotek Automotive is a leading manufacturer of premium exterior trim components for the global automotive industry. Based in the Irish midlands, we employ approximately 320 skilled professionals in a highly motivated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Screen all callers before entering the premises and monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
- Check and log in deliveries and collections, and answer telephone calls to take messages.
- Investigate disturbances, operate and monitor security equipment, and report any breaches or unusual activity.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, and undertake any other duties as required.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate and interact with all levels within the business.
- Current PSA license and full driver's license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
