Security Operations Manager Auxilium Services are a progressive and forward-thinking company in the Security Guarding industry, recently awarded its PSA Licence and operates its business activities from an office in Dublin. As part of our growth strategy, we need a key person to manage all aspects of operational planning for this to move forward. Security Operations Manager * We are looking to appoint a person to be our Business Operations Manager, you will be using your skills honed by years of operational/supervisory experience preferably within our industry, having the right work ethic. You will also manage all types of manned guarding duties and have multi-site knowledge, providing support to your team of field operatives, their compliance to discipline and grievance matters, recruitment and rostering, with a drive to ensure company standards are maintained throughout every aspect of your work. * Be able to show a skillset, that encompasses adherence to client requirements, all staff are suitably trained, licensed and vetted, completing all risk/H&S assessments, timely issue of all incident reports/client complaints/subsequent investigations, site evaluations, completing monthly KPI and all customer billing schedules. Ideally, we are looking for person who possesses a good level of education, excellent IT knowledge, able to effectively run our field operations, with further skills that is able to provide a high level of verbal and written communications & interactions, excellent customer service and organisational abilities Full clean driving licence and must hold a current PSA licence. The remuneration package will reflect the importance the company gives to this role * Salary circa €40,000 - 60,000 * Car allowance, fuel card to cover travel expenses. * Mobile phone and laptop
