We are currently seeking a Manager, Facilities & Administration to join our diverse and dynamic team.

As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing strategic direction for administrative services.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing a team responsible for facility maintenance, space management, and administrative functions.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for facilities management, including budgeting, maintenance schedules, and vendor management.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards within the facilities.
  • Managing office space allocation, renovations, and relocations to optimize space utilization and business needs.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and efficiency.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management best practices, building systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, projects, and facilities operations in a dynamic environment.
