Job Description
Trinity College Dublin is Ireland's leading university, ranked 81st in the world. We are seeking a Security Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, an Irish/UK/EU driving licence, a PSA License, and a qualification in Security Services (FETAC Level 4). They will also have Security Supervisory Management (FETAC Level 6) or Supervisory Management qualifications and experience in security services. The role involves overseeing security operations, managing a team, and ensuring the safety and security of staff, students, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee security operations and manage a team of security personnel
- Ensure the safety and security of staff, students, and visitors
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Manage budgets and resources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Irish/UK/EU driving licence
- PSA License
- Qualification in Security Services (FETAC Level 4)
- Security Supervisory Management (FETAC Level 6) or Supervisory Management qualifications
- Experience in security services
