Job Description

A Security Team Lead is required to lead the day-to-day operation of security services, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered at all times. Key responsibilities include managing the security team, establishing effective communication links, and ensuring the smooth running of the site. The successful candidate will have at least five years relevant experience, a valid PSA Licence, and strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, customer service principles, and computers. The role is Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00, and pays 17 Euro Per Hour.


  • Manage the day-to-day operation of security services

  • Lead the security team and develop their skills

  • Establish and maintain effective communication links with other colleagues

  • Ensure the smooth running of the site

  • Organize relief/holiday cover for security staff

  • Monitor internal and external activities

  • Answer telephone calls, screen/direct calls, and manage messages

  • Meet and greet persons entering the organization

  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements

  • Access control, including logging vehicle registration numbers and scanning/searching individuals

  • Provide daily and other reporting



  • Must hold a valid PSA Licence

  • At least five years relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

  • Strong knowledge of computers and software applications

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Full Clean driving licence required
