**Senior Account Based Marketing Specialist** A highly skilled professional is sought to design and execute innovative ABM programs, drive demand and expansion in target accounts, and provide account-level insights to internal stakeholders. **Job Description** You will work closely with regional, industry, and product marketers, and sales to build, launch, and track highly personalized campaigns to drive demand and expansion in target accounts. You will be responsible for providing account-level insights to internal stakeholders, including measuring engagement within target accounts and identifying trends to help inform future campaign efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** • Design and execute innovative and creative, multi-touch ABM programs from concept through execution, focusing on demand generation and deal acceleration within strategic accounts. • Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies and identify trends within target accounts. • Align marketing and sales in building account profiles and buyer groups. • Develop and maintain a database of target accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people. • Work closely with the Content and Demand Gen team to update and leverage collaterals throughout the buyer journey. • Collaborate with field marketing and multi-channel marketing teams to align ABM programs with other ongoing online/offline initiatives. • Apply an experimental mindset to ABM campaigns to test, learn, and optimize. • Measure, analyze, and report on program performance and the impact of ABM efforts monthly and quarterly. • Provide routine campaign and content audits for target accounts and product lines/industries. • Program management for ABM campaigns. **Requirements:** • 3+ years of ABM/ABX experience or multi-channel B2B growth marketing experience with demonstrated success. • Ability to understand account needs and business goals and build tactical marketing plans around those themes. • Working knowledge of ABM tools such as Demandbase, Engagio, Terminus, Roll Works, Bombora, 6sense, Looker, etc. • Prior experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using marketing and CRM solutions such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Salesforce (desired). • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc. • Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, paid social and advertising, events, and webinars. • Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, demonstrates high initiative and critical thinking, and thrives in complex fast-paced, results-driven environments. • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills. • Highly analytical with a focus on metrics and outcomes. • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business discipline preferred. **About Bentley Systems** Bentley Systems is the infrastructure engineering software company.
