We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market to join our growing Sales team in EMEA. This role will be field-based in the Greater London area and will involve occasional international travel for meetings and events.Clio’s Ireland team drives our EMEA expansion and is home to product development, sales, marketing, and customer success. The team operates like a startup within a larger company, which means we experiment and blaze the trail for Clio in new markets around the world.We are looking for someone who is interested in playing a critical role in a close-knit, supportive team as we strive to become the market leader in the UK. This team is hyper-focused on enabling our customers’ success at every interaction point with Clio. We are a dedicated team who enjoy what we do and are serious about truly making a positive impact on our customers’ businesses.What your team does:Our Account Executive, Mid-Market team is rapidly growing in a relatively untapped market and focused on driving Clio value for larger law firms. They generate pipeline, discover opportunities, evaluate technical product fit, and partner towards solutions to complex problems leveraging Solution Engineers and our Channel. They are human and high performing while also working cross-functionally to drive Clio’s development of a leading cloud-based solution for mid-market firms.Who you are:We aren’t looking for any traditional account executives to join this team. We want you to be hungry yet humble.Reporting to the Sales Manager, this exciting opportunity calls upon your prior B2B sales experience in developing and maintaining a deep understanding of technology and its value, by building breadth and depth of knowledge around Clio’s platform and services.You will serve as a trusted advisor and bring your consultative mindset to each interaction and drive effective change for your customers and peers. You play well with others and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a unique point of view to the table and bring out the best in your teammates. You solicit feedback on your own work and add value to others' work.What you’ll work on:Strategically work qualified opportunities through 3-12 month deal cyclesWork closely with our SDR team to hunt and prospect for new opportunitiesMethodically manage sales pipeline and forecast in SFDCSkillfully qualify product fit in discovery calls, deliver value-based demonstrations while leveraging strong product knowledge and inside sales best practicesWork with Solution Engineers, Channel Partners, Product and CS to provide solutions to customersDevelop business cases for prospects, compelling events and negotiate deal closuresComfortably navigate through multiple decision makers including large partnership groups & C-Suite executives to secure all approvalsConsistently exceed your annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing soWhat you may have:4+ years of progressive experience on an inside sales team (or equivalent experience)2 years closing large, complex deals with multiple stages in the SaaS industryHighly passionateHigh performing in previous rolesSerious bonus points if you have:Experience in the legal industryExperience in a hyper-growth environmentWhat you will find here:Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program.
