**Senior Account Manager** A highly motivated and organized professional is required to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. About the Role DA Holdings is recruiting a Senior Account Manager for their latest group company TRANSLIT in the Republic of Ireland. This role involves working with experienced, self-motivated, and organized individuals who can deliver exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel * Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction * Attending meetings with clients to build relationships and identify opportunities for growth * Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs * Upsell and cross-sell to clients * Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients * Conduct client satisfaction surveys and reviews * Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues * Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively * Deliver presentations to clients * Handle day-to-day queries and complaints * Utilize in-house systems and Excel for reporting **Requirements** * Proven track record in customer service, sales, or a related field with a strong history of achieving KPIs * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience working with CRM systems is desirable * Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in challenging situations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel for reporting * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating effective time management and multitasking abilities * Ability to take instruction and carry out tasks efficiently and to a high standard * Degree in business, marketing, or related field is desirable * Clean driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events **What We Offer** * Hybrid working from our Limerick offices * 20 days annual leave plus public holidays * Exclusive access to Westfield Health * Employee Assistance Program * Social events and regular engagement activities About TRANSLIT TRANSLIT is a leader in interpreting and language solutions, empowering businesses and governments with expert support in over 200 languages.
