Job Description

We deliver multi-channel marketing services to brands and retailers across the globe. Our model combines insight, creative, production, execution and optimisation to provide clients with effective point-of-purchase visual communications.

We operate across 5 manufacturing sites in the UK and Ireland, providing in-house creative / design, print, signage, warehousing, and proprietary technology. Our Client Services team are experienced and knowledgeable people who aspire to make a difference every day.

As Senior Account Manager, you will develop relationships with client stakeholders, identify priorities / needs, and qualify business development opportunities. You will also manage projects from start to finish, achieving our business objectives and delivering against agreed SLA's and KPI's.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring best in class service
  • Growing client relationships and understanding key areas where we can assist
  • Managing projects seamlessly from start to finish, providing right first-time information to the business and regularly updating the client
  • Developing and delivering account development plans with the Account team
  • Working with production teams to ensure a two-way flow of information and delivering for the client and Delta
  • Understanding current jobs, minimizing production costs and timings, and reducing material and time wastage
  • Operating invoicing process accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Attending client briefing meetings and offering advice and support
  • Providing suggestions on how to add value to processes and systems

Required skills and experience include:

  • Strong print knowledge and track record of working with retail clients
  • Ability to deliver against agreed client budgets and internal sales targets
  • Confident in front of clients and back of house teams
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail and positive approach
  • Ability to be adaptable to business and client needs
  • Good IT literacy, including MS Word, Power Point, and Excel skills

Shift: Monday - Friday
