Job Description
Senior Account Managers at Woodruff Sawyer provide service to and manage the largest and most complex accounts, strategizing with Producers and Account Executives to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and cultivating long-term strategic relationships with clients
- Supporting relationship management efforts of Account Executives and Client Relationship Directors
- Analyzing carrier quotes and coverage offerings to provide the best recommendations to clients
- Fielding daily client questions and delegating administrative tasks to assigned Account Coordinators and Representatives
- Completing all account management and renewal tasks
- Developing specifications, securing underwriting information, analyzing existing coverages, and making coverage comparisons
- Delivering client service in the absence of an Account Executive
- Supporting execution of client account strategy
Requirements include:
- 7+ years of related insurance brokerage experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Broker's license required to be obtained during onboarding period
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Previous supervisory, training, and/or formal mentoring experience desirable
Compensation includes an anticipated salary between $86,250 – $143,750, with opportunities for additional compensation through an incentive program.
