Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their RTR team to cover a Maternity Leave. Based at their Shared Services Centre in Cherrywood Business Park, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin.This is amaternity contract, 4 days onsite withflexible hours.Senior Accountant responsibilities Include:Accurate and timely reporting of intercompany transactionsCollaborating with global affiliates to resolve queries efficientlyAssisting in identifying root causes of aged balancesPrompt escalation of issues related to intercompany GRIR accountsManaging month-end intercompany reconciliations and addressing discrepancies promptlyProviding reports and analysis to support the audit processSupporting the German team in MEC activities initially, with a transition as the Intercompany COE team absorbs processes from other SSO entitiesAssisting in the implementation of the Centre of Excellence team and training future CoE team membersIdentifying and implementing process improvementsCultivating relationships with intercompany CoE teams in other regionsContributing to ad hoc projects as neededKey Requirements for Senior Accountant:Previous experience, ideally within a Shared Service Centre or multinational corporationProfessional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA), either partially or fully completedFamiliarity with SAP an advantageExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Excel, with experience in PowerBi considered advantageousIf you would like a confidential discussion and more information on this Senior Accountant rolecontact Michelle Miley michelle.miley@collinsmcnicholas.ie+353 90 6450667 #J-18808-Ljbffr
