Senior Accountant - Maternity Leave Cover
Seeking a Senior Accountant to cover a maternity leave in a multinational pharmaceutical company's RTR team.
Based in Cherrywood Business Park, Dublin, this role involves 4 days onsite with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely reporting of intercompany transactions
- Collaborating with global affiliates to resolve queries efficiently
- Assisting in identifying root causes of aged balances
- Prompt escalation of issues related to intercompany GRIR accounts
- Managing month-end intercompany reconciliations and addressing discrepancies
- Providing reports and analysis to support the audit process
- Supporting the German team in MEC activities
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Cultivating relationships with intercompany CoE teams in other regions
- Contributing to ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre or multinational corporation
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
- Familiarity with SAP an advantage
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, with experience in Power Bi considered advantageous
