Fund Platform Associate Accountant Role Summary
Support the finance and operational activities of investment funds across multiple asset classes, including Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, and Real Estate. Manage day-to-day operations, oversee externally administered asset-holding structures, and produce financial reports.
- Manage Fund Platform operations, financial oversight of regulated entities, capital calls, and liquidity management.
- Oversee externally administered asset-holding structures and SPVs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Produce, reconcile, and analyze monthly financial performance, including KPIs, across multi-currency entities.
- Assist in preparing key financial reports for Corporate Functions and Boards, as well as detailed investment analysis.
- Support asset classes with new investments and divestments, including due diligence, KYC, and NAV oversight.
- Manage the Portfolio Management System and associated platforms.
- Assist with financial audits and contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Qualified Accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience in fund administration, investment management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with financial management systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with third-party service providers and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
