Job Description

My client, a leading global asset manager, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the Fund Controller, the successful candidate will oversee the operations of several Private Credit funds. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated accountant with strong technical fund expertise. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive fund accounting duties Manage detailed equity accounting and analysis Take an active role in fund reporting, including preparing quarterly financial statements, performance returns, and LP-specific statements Oversee operational functions such as capital calls, distributions, and liquidity management Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving accounting, reporting, and business processes for greater efficiency and simplification Engage in frequent project coordination Key Requirements: Qualified Accountant with 2+ years of post-qualification experience Knowledge of private funds, partnership accounting, and financial instruments Experience with Investran and/or Geneva (preferred but not essential) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels If this role is of interest, please reach out to Andrew Wynne in confidence at the provided contact details.
