Job Description

Our client is a growing and forward-looking firm situated in Dublin. They are currently seeking a Practice Accountant to join their team. The ideal Practice Accountant should have experience in Management Accounting. This presents an exciting and attractive opportunity within the company, requiring an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with outstanding organizational and technical skills. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and year-end statutory accounts that do not require auditing. Assist clients in establishing financial control systems while ensuring compliance with company secretarial requirements. Provide guidance to clients on implementing technology-driven best practices to improve efficiency and encourage growth. Develop expertise in various accounting software programs such as Surf, Receipt Bank, QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero, and recommend suitable packages and tools to clients. Contribute to the firms accounting technology strategy and oversee the introduction of new accounting solutions. Manage internal administrative tasks like timesheets and invoicing. Requirements: Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CPA certification. At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience with a strong management accounting and technology background. Familiarity with accounting software packages like Relate, MicroPay, Surf, Receipt Bank, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms. Benefits & Salary: €55,000 €65,000. 21 Days of Annual Leave.
