Financial Accountant with Management Experience
Seeking a highly experienced Financial Accountant to join a rapidly growing Irish company in the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on vertical integration and diversification.
About the Role
- Manage the full month-end process for a major operating division, including mid-month flash accounts and reports on setting prices for retail and wholesale products.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager and 4 direct reports to achieve financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement cost accounting strategies to optimize inventory management and cost centre reviews.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant with a professionally recognized accreditation (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- At least 3 years post-qualified experience, preferably in a similar production environment.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
