Senior Accountant for Global Finance Team
Responsible for monthly management accounts preparation and SOX controls in US GAAP, partnering with the Finance Director/Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts in US GAAP to tight deadlines.
- Manage monthly balance sheet account reconciliations for all accounts.
- Assist in budgeting process redesign and partner with budget owners.
- Develop and implement finance processes and controls across operating locations.
- Lead annual statutory audit for Ireland and Germany.
- Liaise with in-country fiscal representatives.
- Guide Finance Administrative staff in performance development program.
- Provide training and guidance on finance processes and controls.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational and management skills.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced Excel and Access skills.
- Experience with Oracle ERP System or similar system.
