Job Description
Senior Accountant sought to provide financial, strategic and operational support to the Financial Controller and team.
The role involves managing a small team and providing financial reporting and analysis to senior management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial, strategic and operational support to the Financial Controller and team.
- Manage a small team and provide financial reporting and analysis to senior management teams.
- Develop and utilise forecasting models to improve financial forecasting and support services.
- Work closely with senior colleagues on key performance processes, including estimates, service planning and budget allocation.
- Manage "business as usual" within the Finance Division and provide general input to value for money reviews.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Support budget holders in the stewardship of their financial allocations.
- Promote and ensure compliance with financial regulations, HR policies and procedures, GDPR regulations and Health & Safety regulations.
