Job Description

Manage property acquisitions, strategic planning, and project management for a leading retail company in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The role involves:

  • Managing all aspects of the Acquisition process through site identification and appraisal, negotiation and exchange of purchase/lease agreements, management of the planning permission process and procurement of all necessary statutory approvals.
  • Strategic planning, market analysis, development plan reviews and preparation of return on investment appraisals as well as managing the Board Approval process.
  • Project managing various stakeholders including Design teams, Solicitors, Agents, Council officials and Landowners on a regular basis to achieve targets.
  • Developing and managing good business relationships with company business partners, such as lawyers, architects and engineers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Property role with a proven track record and strong drive to succeed.
  • Experience in a Project Management role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong administration, organizational, documentation and analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under strict timescales to meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks at one time ensuring that all tasks are completed.
  • Valid Full Driver's Licence with a good driving record.
