Post 1939 Senior Administrator HR Operations & Talent Recruitment Human Resources Department Full Time 35 hours per week Temporary Specified Purpose National Blood Centre, Jamess St, Dublin 8 The IBTS is currently recruiting a full-time, temporary, Senior Administrator- HR Operations & Talent Recruitment based in the Human Resources Department, National Blood Centre. Essential Criteria: Relevant HR/Business 3rd level Qualification and/or CIPD qualification Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role Proven excellent administration and organisation skills Demonstrated experience of working in a fast paced office environment Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages Experience using HRIS software e.g. People XD Desirable Criteria: Project experience Experience of optimising social media platforms for talent acquisition Public/Health Sector HR and Recruitment policies knowledge & experience The salary scale attached to the post is the Grade V scale €49,702 to €59,457 (incl. LSI) pro rata per annum. Entry point onto the salary scale is dependent upon relevant experience. The closing date for receipt of applications is 23.45 hrs (Irish Time) on 13th October 2024. Citizen Requirements Eligible candidates must be: a) A citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA) EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway b) A citizen of United Kingdom (UK) c) A citizen of Switzerland in regards to the agreement between the EU and Switzerland on the movement of people d) A non-EEA citizen who has a stamp 4 visa e) A person awarded international protection under the International Protection Act 2015, or any family member entitled to remain in the State as a result of family reunification and has a stamp 4 visa or f) A non-EEA citizen who is a parent of a dependant child who is a citizen of and resident in an EEA member state if the UK or Switzerland and has a stamp 4 visa.
