This role is working with the Sales Administration Team who manage the end-to-end administrative processes on their vehicle imports, distribution and sales.
Training will be provided in the role to the successful candidate who most closely meets their needs for the role.
At least 3 years experience in a strong busy administrative role in a similar environment Motor Trade Experience a distinct advantage or experience in a similar industry.
Excellent IT Skills, particularly Excel, however also Power Point and Word.
Experience of using Business Management Systems, we use Keyloop / Kerridge / ADP Knowledge of how to upload files to web based systems.
End to end administrative tasks from order to delivery of luxury vehicles Dealing with a network of motor retailers , the successful candidate will be responsible for a number of key tasks including but not limited to the following: Handling queries on vehicle availability, orders, deliveries, administration and franchise stocking plans.
Problem solving and dealing with any complaints.
Vehicle Ordering and Tracking Daily updates, invoice processing, logistics and shipping right through to deliver to retailer Uploading vehicles to Revenue system, liaise on price changes, taxing vehicles Registering new models with Revenue Franchise stocking plan, monitoring, ordering Retailer stock control Setting up new models, colours, price changes in systems Liaising with workshop booking vehicles in for sales prep Ongoing reporting including month end We offer a competitive salary including: 22 days holidays Contributory Pension Plan.
