The AM is a core member of the account team focused on driving data-driven optimisations aligned with client needs, executing campaigns, and driving strong coordination of internal resources for excellence in execution of core tasks, account transitions, and client account health. Ensure regular client engagement with the Microsoft Advertising platform, and aim to reduce customer reliance on AM for routine tasks. Develop an understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem and how this can deliver on the customer’s marketing objectives.Collaborative and high-performing account team:  Ensure timely and proactive customer escalations by effectively leveraging Account Executives and internal partners to resolve day-to-day escalations & revenue blockers. Partner with account team to submit actionable feedback on product, tools and processes through relevant channels.Continuous learning and professional growth: Continually strengthen your Microsoft advertising and Search Industry expertise by proactively identifying and actioning knowledge gaps. Take personal accountability for your development through a career development plan and regular check-ins with your manager.
