eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Senior Agile Business Analyst. This is a Day RateContractposition located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days on site. Responsibilities: The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables, are applicable to this Role. Run user workshops to uncover real user needs in the domain that the product team is focused on Create user personas and user journeys to document the user needs Translate the unmet needs that have been identified into product backlog items Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to build a product vision and product roadmap Define a prioritisation framework to allow the most valuable work to be identified for the team Create a framework of regular meetings, templates and other activities that define the role of product manager and can be handed over to a designated staff member when the term of engagement has completed Coach and mentor the designated staff member over the course of the contract so that they are able to take over the work seamlessly at the end of the contract. Requirements: Strong background working in an agile product team in a product management or product owner role Ability to think strategically and to communicate a strategic product vision to others Experience building and maintaining user personas and product roadmaps Experience running design thinking workshops to define user problems and generate innovative potential solutions Experience defining and conducting user research Excellent communication, collaboration and mentoring skills Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1G/4 Visa to apply.
