The Dublin-based team will play a critical role in our continued digital transformation and will function as a center of excellence for SiriusXM's global Product and Technology organisation.


SiriusXM's new Dublin facility will comprise a workforce primarily focused on software development, automotive technology and engineering, AdTech, data science, and analytics.

Talent based in the new technology hub will be charged with developing and implementing best-in-class standards for high-quality, scalable software deliveries for SiriusXM's streaming and in-vehicle audio entertainment platforms.


How you'll make an impact:


As a Content Performance Analyst, you will support the data-driven decision-making processes that enhance content strategy, improve audience engagement, and maximise content ROI.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including programmers, marketers, and product managers, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.


What you'll do:

  • Content Analysis: Assist in developing and implementing strategies for content analytics that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct analysis and interpretation of data related to content performance, audience behavior, and market trends using analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Performance Measurement: Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for content performance and contribute to the creation of dashboards and reports to track and measure KPIs regularly.
  • Audience Segmentation: Assist in identifying and segmenting audiences based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to tailor content strategies and improve audience engagement.

Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and business intelligence, to integrate content analytics into overall business strategies.


  • Stay Updated: Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content analytics and assist in recommending approaches to enhance the company's content strategy.
  • Data Visualisation and Reporting: Contribute to the development of dashboards to support selfservice analytics and fulfill ad hoc requests for content, product, and customer data.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel; experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to various stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
