Job Description
Highly skilled Senior Analyst sought to provide exceptional client service and oversight of processing quality in a fast-paced Transfer Agency environment.
Working as part of a dedicated Dealing Team, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day oversight of processing quality and timeliness in India
- Escalation point for unresolved issues for the India TA Dealing team and junior team members
- Client reporting, workflow queue management, and analysis
- Responsible for assigned clients, taking ownership of TA Dealing team activity
- Maintaining up-to-date procedures and checklists
- Completion of data protection checks and ensuring all external communication is issued in line with TA policies
- Maintaining a close working relationship with other TA functional areas
- Responding to client and investor queries in a timely manner
- Complying with Regulations and internal policies
Key skills required:
- A flexible approach to work and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Effective verbal reasoning, written communication, and numeric skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to review and resolve complex queries
