Job Description Reporting to our EVP, Analytics, the Senior Analytics Director will play a critical role in the success of our clients by leading strategic projects that maximise data-driven marketing outcomes. You will lead a team of analytics professionals to implement the latest analytics solutions, foster client relationships, and ensure the seamless integration of insights across our service lines. Your technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking will be important in delivering results that achieve business growth for both Jellyfish and its clients. We are looking for a balance of technical proficiency, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities. You will work with the Irish Managing Director, and the EVP of Analytics, manage a team of experts, and collaborate across departments such as Paid Media, and Jellyfish Cloud, to ensure alignment and provide holistic solutions. You will also play an active part in growing Jellyfish's analytics business within the Irish Market and EMEA by creating thought leadership content, leading co-branded events with our Partners (such as Google, Meta, Linkedin, Snap etc), and developing strategies to secure new clients. Your responsibilities will include: Lead the development of analytics strategies specifically tailored for Irish market clients, ensuring measurable Return on investment and aligning with their digital marketing goals. Be the main contact for clients in Ireland, ensuring close relationships and exceptional client satisfaction. Develop frameworks for success and ensure clients utilise their measurement budgets effectively. Accountable for the Analytics P&L for Ireland. Present insights and strategic progress to all partners, communicating the impact of data-driven solutions. Achieve business growth by identifying and seizing opportunities to cross-sell services, especially those using the Google technology stack. Manage a team of analytics professionals, from Executives to Directors, creating a collaborative and growth-oriented culture. Develop job specs, performance goals, and career development plans for team members, ensuring alignment with Jellyfish's strategic goals. Provide hands-on guidance to ensure successful project delivery, team cohesion, and ongoing professional growth. Oversee the delivery of all analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Resource local clients to ensure the correct support is provided. Collaborate with global partners like Google, ensuring the full leverage of Jellyfish's strategic partnerships to benefit both Irish and international clients. Support global projects by working with cross-market teams to implement analytics best practices and global consistency in our service offerings. Lead and co-host co-branded events with Google and other partners to showcase Jellyfish's expertise, strengthen relationships, and open new business opportunities. Present at partner events in-market and across wider EMEA. Promote global expertise by developing case studies, white papers, and other content that highlights Jellyfish's analytics successes in both Ireland and international markets. Qualifications 7+ years' experience within the digital marketing industry, preferably agency-side. Proven experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL. Exposure to Python/R or other scripting languages is highly desired. Experienced working with analytics solutions, ranging from auditing, implementations, data analysis, presenting to large audiences and training. Experience with Google Analytics 360 and GTM, both web and apps. Knowledge of Google Cloud and its integration with marketing technologies. Fluent understanding of Google Analytics 360 Suite, the benefits and how to use the Google stack to the greatest advantage of clients. Experience with Google integrations with products including Google Marketing Platform & Big Query. Working knowledge of data visualisation products, including Looker. Experience with Display, PPC, SEO, and how these channels integrate with analytics. Analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop relevant recommendations. Experience managing teams across different markets, collaborating with global partners like Google, and providing integrated solutions for clients. Experience delivering successful projects for clients within the Irish market, with the ability to identify business opportunities and achieve growth. Experience working across multiple regions, supporting both local and global projects. An interest in staying ahead of industry trends and developing new analytics capabilities to ensure Jellyfish remains a market leader.
