Experienced Architect sought for Dublin office working on medium to large-scale educational projects using Revit.
A design-led architectural design studio in Dublin city is seeking a Senior Architect with previous success managing public work contracts and NEC3 contracts. The studio fully supports hybrid working and offers a generous benefits package.
The successful Architect will join a newly structured Dublin office working on a range of projects, with proficiency in Revit desired but not essential as training can be provided.
The ideal candidate will have proven success leading projects across educational and/or healthcare, possess excellent design and technical skills, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
The studio has an impressive project portfolio across residential, educational, healthcare, leisure, urban design and civic.
- RIAI Registered Architect
- A minimum of 5 years+ post professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit is desired
- Full knowledge of current industry regulations
- Strong technical skills
- Good understanding of Public Work Contracts / NEC3 (UK) experience
- Site experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with excellent communication skills
