Job Description

A Senior Architect works closely with the Associate to design and deliver projects through all stages, ensuring effective coordination and management of project teams, consultants, and clients.

• Run a project team and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and expertise.
• Ensure coordination of information from the Design Team and other project consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project deliverables and report issues to the Associates and/or Directors, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Support and contribute to submissions, proposals, tenders, and business opportunities, demonstrating a deep understanding of the company's services and expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture or Architecture Technology or industry-related equivalent.
• Member of the RIAI, CIAT, or other national/international equivalent of registration for architects, interior designers, or architectural technologists for a minimum of 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote the company to potential clients and industry partners, developing a strong industry network and understanding of services provided.
• Input to project targets and timelines, ensuring effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior talent, adhering to governance and ethical standards of the company.
