Experienced Architect sought for Dublin office working on medium to large-scale educational projects using Revit.
A design-led architectural design studio in Dublin city is seeking a Senior Architect with a proven track record of managing public work contracts and leading projects across educational and healthcare sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent design and technical skills, strong communication and organisational skills, and a good understanding of current industry regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects across educational and healthcare sectors
- Managing public work contracts and NEC3 contracts
- Collaborating with the design team to deliver high-quality projects
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
- RIA Registered Architect qualification
- Minimum 5 years post-professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit (training can be provided)
- Full knowledge of current industry regulations
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
