A leading multidisciplinary consultancy in North Dublin, known for its diverse project portfolio, is seeking a Senior Architect or Project Architect to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to deliver a wide range of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, educational, civic, retail, workplace, and urban design. The successful Architect will have a minimum of 8 years experience, with a proven track record in delivering projects in compliance with current industry regulations. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience managing projects through to the construction stage is required. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director and project teams to deliver high-quality designs across various project types. Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and client expectations. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Utilise your technical and design skills to contribute to the successful delivery of projects. Qualifications & Experience: Registered Architect holding RIAI or RIBA membership A minimum of 8 years experience across a variety of project types Comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations and codes Strong design and technical skills, with full proficiency in Revit Excellent communication and organisational abilities Demonstrated success in managing projects and mentoring junior team members A proactive, motivated, and self-starting attitude Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits: €60k-€70k (Negotiable) Generous holiday allowance Professional subscriptions Pension Bike to work scheme Death in service benefit Life assurance Parking If you are a Registered Architect or Project Architect with the required experience and eligibility to work in Ireland, please email your CV to Deborah Byrne for more details on this and other opportunities.
