The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on projects in Dublin and possess expertise in designing and managing healthcare building projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion. * Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. * Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. * Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents. * Ensure compliance with local building codes and health and safety regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. * Registered Architect with a recognized professional body. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. * Demonstrable experience with projects in Dublin. * Expertise in designing healthcare buildings. * Strong proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). * Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to relocate to Dublin if not currently based here.
