Senior Architectural Technologist - Limerick Job Description Our Client is an award-winning Architectural department based in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience working across a range of industries and on a diversity of projects.
They will be adaptable, competent, and experienced in bringing projects from start to finish.Responsibilities include:
Working within the Technical Team to take responsibility for the technical and working drawings aspects of projects either designed in-house or by others.
Visiting the site and undertaking measured surveys.Producing drawings in Auto CAD and Revit.
Helping junior members of staff.
Requirements Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
Educational qualification in Architectural Technology.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, REVIT, and Sketchup.
Strong design and detailing experience with excellent technical and site knowledge.
Experience working with Irish Building and Planning Regulations.
Experience in preparing planning, tender, and construction details and documentation.
Experience working on large-scale high-density residential projects, commercial, industrial, and public sector works.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to use initiative and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Package Salary negotiable based on experience.
