Senior Architectural Technologist An industry-leading architectural consultancy in Dublin city is seeking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist with good AutoCAD and Revit skills to join the team. They are currently working on a variety of projects, including medium to large-scale residential, retail, mixed-use and leisure developments, spanning planning, tender, and construction phases. This position is ideal for a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical understanding, a thorough knowledge of current industry regulations, previous experience on site and good proficiency in both Revit & AutoCAD. Key Requirements: Qualified Architectural Technologist with 5 years+ experience Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects from design development to construction stages Experience with medium/high-density residential, retails or commercial projects is desired Excellent technical skills In-depth knowledge of current building regulations Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desirable Site experience is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience Annual Bonus Professional membership subscriptions Bike to work scheme Competitive annual leave package If you are a qualified Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist interested in this role or exploring other opportunities in the architectural sector in Ireland, please send your CV to Deborah Byrne.
