A qualified Senior Architectural Technologist with 10+ years industry experience is required by our award winning architectural practice in Wexford. Due to increase in projects, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced senior architectural technologist with Revit and BIM skills, good technical understanding along with experience working with current industry regulations. Joining a busy team, the senior architectural technologist will be involved in medium and large scale projects through various stages of development. This is a great opportunity to work with a design led commercial practice.The successful senior technician will have the following:Architectural Technology Degree.10+ years’ professional experience.Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit / BIM (preferred)Experience in commercial projects beneficial.Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, site meetings and problem-solving.Understanding and 10+ years experience working with Irish Building and Planning Regulations.A strong communicator and fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.Analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.Accustomed to working in a team environment and working to schedules and deadlines.Ability to collaboratively solve complex problems working constructively with key project stakeholders.Ensure all design work conforms to standards and is buildable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
