About the Role: The company is currently on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead their technical team in diverse commercial and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Autodesk Revit, well-versed in BIM protocols, and confident in Technical Detailing and Specification using NBS Chorus. Requirements: * Holder of an Architectural Technology degree with 7 years, ideally of Irish experience. * Proven track record in managing commercial projects, with an extra edge in hospitality. * Proficient in Autodesk Revit and seasoned in BIM for effective project execution. * Ideally, in-depth knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations, BCAR compliance, and extensive on-site experience. * Skilled in client interactions, adept at site meetings, and excelling in creative problem-solving. Responsibilities: * Spearhead cutting-edge solutions in commercial and hospitality projects, leveraging expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM to elevate the technical team's performance. * Showcase precision in Technical Detailing and Specification using NBS Chorus, ensuring meticulous execution that aligns with project goals and industry standards. * Demonstrate a strong command of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR compliance, and on-site experience, providing a robust foundation for navigating complex regulatory landscapes. * Thrive in client-facing roles, adept at turning challenges into opportunities during site meetings.
