We deliver specialized industry and market knowledge, skills, and services that our clients require, providing clients with the most experienced and knowledgeable staff in the marketplace.An exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional seeking to build their career in a dynamic and fast-growing environment as a Senior Associate on the Due Diligence team.What is your role and your responsibilities?Support the delivery of due diligence reviews on Carne delegates to ensure they are completed within the required deadlines.Build rapport with delegates to ensure clear lines of communication.Adapt to new tasks and processes required support from the team ensuring they are completed and continuously performed to the required standards.Complete ad hoc tasks where required to support the team.Attend various internal meetings to provide updates on the due diligence program status.Provide regular feedback to the internal IT Development Team to ensure the ongoing evolution of Carne’s technology platform to support the delivery of the due diligence program.Report to the Manager of the Due Diligence team.What are the minimum requirements you need for this role?2-3 years of financial service experience (Depositary, Fund Accounting, Compliance or Transfer Agency experience would be advantageous).A recognised professional or third level qualification in Business/Finance/Accounting or similar.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.What Competencies do you require?Good numeric, analytical and report writing skills with strong attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Energetic and solutions-based individual who is willing to help and support your colleagues.Willingness to take ownership of problems and initiative to resolve them.Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work either independently and/or as part of a team.Who is Carne Group?Carne Group has established itself in the funds industry with $2tn in AUM supported by 700+ staff and four regulated management companies.
