Who are we looking for? We are looking for an Investment Management Oversight professionalto support the Designated Person for Investment Management and to meet increased demand placed on our team as we continue to grow. This is an excellent learning opportunity for any candidate looking to learn more about the asset management industry in all asset classes. What is your role and your responsibilities? Oversight of relationships with delegate investment managers; Perform ongoing monitoring of the performance and portfolio management of funds under management; Support the development of Carne’s performance monitoring processes; Conduct periodic portfolio reviews for funds under management; Review the investment strategy, investment policies and risk profile of each fund; Lead discussions with delegate investment managers on fund performance and implementation of investment strategy; Take lead on projects to increase efficiencies and increase profile of the team within the group; Acting as a role model/mentor to junior members of the team; Perform detailed checks on presented investments and organize the respective investment committee meetings; Close collaboration with the investment advisors, including the coordination around transaction and AML/KYC documentation (review of documentation vs. requirements, screening); Preparation of reports to Senior Management Committees, Board of Directors of Funds and Board of Directors of the Management Company; What Competencies do you require?
