Job Summary: Analyze and review fund-related reports, track market developments, and provide investment commentary for fund boards.

With over 20 years' experience and a comprehensive range of specialist services to its name, Waystone is now serving assets under management in excess of $2 Tn. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** • Reviewing fund-related reports provided by Investment Managers, Administrators and Depositaries. • Tracking developments in markets to understand the implications for Waystone UCITS and AIFMD fund ranges incorporating equity, fixed income, balanced funds, hedge fund and private equity strategies. • Analyzing the investment performance of Waystone client portfolios for the Management Company (both UCITS and AIFMD). • Drafting documentation for monthly review by Waystone Investment Oversight Committee. • Participating in regular calls with world-leading Investment Managers. • Preparing investment commentary for Fund Boards. • Monitoring and managing ESG/SFDR reporting by funds. • Evaluating new fund proposals and highlighting the key factors to be considered when deciding whether these funds should be approved. • Undertaking research across a variety of investment fund topics as requested by Senior Management. **Requirements:** • 2+ years of experience in the fund management / Man Co / Investment / Asset management industry (or equivalent). • Experience analyzing the investment performance of client portfolios for a Management Company (both UCITS and AIFMD) and/or experience of fund performance measurement and attribution is an advantage. • Experienced within a variety of investment asset classes. • Knowledge of CP86, UCITS & AIFS, European/Central Bank of Ireland fund regulations is desirable. • Understanding of ESG in the context of investment will be favorably considered. • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel, Power Point and Word is required. • Experience with Bloomberg, Power BI, R, Python or similar would be beneficial. • Clarity of analysis and of expression, both written and oral. • A commitment to on-going professional and personal development. • Excellent research skills and attention to detail. **Education:** • An internationally recognized professional Third level qualification. • A professional qualification (finance/accounting /CFA charter holder or candidate/CAIA); or working towards. **About Waystone:** Waystone is a leading provider of specialist services for the asset management industry, with over 20 years of experience and a comprehensive range of services to its name.
