We are now looking for a Senior Auditor to join our team within reach of our Dublin office. This role will involve working on a hybrid model (2 days WFH & 3 days in office).
Working within our shared service audit team, this role will form a key part of our annual audit plan, assisting and monitoring outsourced service providers with delegated claims authority and producing high quality file testing & reports.
- Establish internal and external stakeholder relationships as well as strong relationships with third parties, MGA's, and internal and external auditors to drive and influence improvements to procedures, reducing outstanding and re-occurring recommendations.
- Participate in the development & execution of quality, risk-focused, and professional Third Party claims audits.
- Responsible for ensuring the adequate tracking and monitoring of Third party audit outputs, remediation plans, and report status to relevant Committees.
- Evaluate Third parties' internal controls and processes to provide objective and challenging risk-based assurance in relation to business risk.
The right candidate will have previous experience as an auditor and knowledge of working within a regulated environment (either CBI or FCA) with the insurance or financial services sector.
You will possess strong organisational skills, be detail-oriented, have a good working knowledge of MS Office, be an effective communicator, and consider yourself a people person who thrives in an ever-changing environment.
