Join a well-known global organisation's Dublin office R & D centre for one of their flagship products and build a cloud-based data analytics platform with machine learning capabilities.
As a Senior AWS Data Engineer, you will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing high-end, technically challenging products using AWS technologies such as Python, Kafka, Lambda, Step Functions, AWS, S3, Glue, Kensis, and big data tools like Databricks/Spark/PySpark.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing ETL pipelines and Data Lake solutions
- Implementing a new Data Lake tool called Dremio
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team of experienced engineers and developers on the risk team
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role
- Strong Python and AWS skills
- A passion for learning new technology
