**Global Benefits Specialist - ICON plc** A highly skilled Global Benefits Specialist is required to develop and implement global benefits strategies, manage vendor relationships, and oversee benefits programs for over 41,000 employees in 45 countries. **Job Description** We are seeking a results-oriented and analytical individual to join our Global Performance & Reward team as a Global Senior Benefits Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive benefits experience, with a strong understanding of global benefits, vendor management, and retirement plans. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement global benefits strategies, including health, retirement, life, and disability insurance programs * Manage vendor relationships and monitor benefit programs to ensure efficient plan utilization and provider performance * Develop metrics for reporting to the leadership team and contribute to the development of benefits communications * Stay up-to-date with benefit trends and laws, and provide recommendations to leadership and HR teams * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate benefit offerings and enhance colleague awareness and education * Conduct research, prepare RFPs, and oversee the selection of providers and negotiation of contracts **Requirements:** * 5+ years of comprehensive benefits experience in a reward/comp & bens/HR team * Experience working within a global organization, with a strong understanding of global benefits and vendor management * Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to provide practical recommendations to leadership and HR teams * Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive new benefits programs and build relationships with stakeholders * Self-sufficient and able to work independently, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines **What ICON Offers:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Annual leave entitlements and range of health insurance offerings * Retirement planning offerings and global employee assistance program * Flexible country-specific optional benefits, including childcare vouchers and discounted gym memberships * Opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team, with a focus on well-being and work-life balance
