As a Senior Billing Specialist, you will play a key role in our operations team, helping customers resolve billing issues and discrepancies. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage a queue of high-level billing issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. • Maintain communication with partners, understanding their needs, and providing resolutions to support their objectives. • Collaborate with various teams to address complex billing discrepancies and offer accounting insights. • Perform account reconciliation and/or cash/credit reconciliation from contracts to invoices, ensuring clarity on the status of each transaction. • Ensure that billing processes are compliant with revenue recognition policies, accounting standards, and company guidelines. **Requirements:** • Fluent German Speaker • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • Proven experience as a Billing and/or Revenue Specialist with a focus on accounting principles • In-depth knowledge of Net Suite and Salesforce platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • In-depth knowledge of EXCEL (advanced) **Preferred Skills:** • Net Suite and Salesforce experience • Experience in implementing strategic accounting initiatives for process improvement • Familiarity with other accounting tools and software • Ability to interpret and apply accounting standards in various business contexts • Detail oriented Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to various characteristics protected by applicable law.
