Job Description
As a Senior Billing Specialist at Kaseya, you'll help resolve complex billing issues, manage a ticketing queue, and collaborate with teams to boost efficiency. You'll utilize NetSuite and Salesforce expertise to reconcile quotes, contracts, and subscriptions. You'll require a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and proven experience in senior billing and revenue roles. A NetSuite and Salesforce certification is highly desirable. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams to gather information and resolve billing discrepancies. You'll be detail-oriented, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of EXCEL (advanced).
Manage a queue of high-level billing issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
Maintain communication with partners, understanding their needs, and providing resolutions to support their objectives.
Collaborate with various teams to address complex billing discrepancies and offer accounting insights.
Perform account reconciliation and/or cash/credit reconciliation from contracts to invoices, ensuring clarity on the status of each transaction.
Oversee revenue recognition policies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company guidelines.
Conduct thorough analyses to ensure accurate revenue accounting across different business scenarios.
Utilize deep knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce to reconcile quotes, contracts, and subscriptions in Salesforce with bills in NetSuite.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams to gather information and resolve billing discrepancies.
