About the roleIn Diageo Ireland, we operate with an Outcome Based Marketing model where roles below L4 sit within talent pools and are assigned to projects to deliver strategic outcomes aligned to our share and margin aspirations.This role will work on multiple projects across our beer and spirits portfolio, giving the applicant access to a breadth of experience and stakeholders.Senior Brand Managers will be responsible for the creation of growth drivers and brilliant execution of plans. Strong project management skills will be a key requirement of this role to lead multiple inputs and stakeholders.Leading:- Projects that require significant levels of in-market creative development and/or collaboration with external/internal partners to resonate with Irish consumer insights- Inspiring & leading cross-functional & inter-agency teams to develop breakthrough brand insights and harnessing those to deliver award-winning consumer & customer executionSupporting:- MM and head of brand on most complex and business-critical shape-the-future create projects by leading the brilliant execution of plans, engaging and orchestrating cross-functional and cross-agency teams to ensure project KPI's are met on time and on-budgetEnsuring all projects meet the Diageo Ireland expectations:- Impact. No project is over until we have learned from it and shared the learningsTOP ACCOUNTABILITIESYou will be leading the creative development and execution, galvanizing business and agencies behind their project ambition You 'll be building purposeful winning brands by: - Strong strategy activation and compelling brand storytelling capabilities - Emerging capability in prioritization and strategy development You'll be using insight to sell more: - Skilled at using data to increase personalization and effectiveness of campaigns - Insight generation capability- translating consumer curiosity into insights You'll be forging powerful partnerships: - Skilled at leading cross-functional, cross-agency teams and delivering programs through others - Has developed an internal and external network You’ll be driving marketing performance and delivering integrated execution: Develops and leads compelling briefs on new-to-market growth drivers - Strong marketing judgment About you6+ years of relevant marketing experienceSuccessful management of senior stakeholders, resulting in strong and positive outcomesHolistic skill set across various marketing growth drivers as well as a track record of delivering transformational business resultsComfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment A history of working across media, digital, social & DDM, experiential, PR, culture & trade marketingDemonstrated brilliant execution to high standards across various pillars of brand buildingDeep personal accountability for great performanceStrong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail Experience working across multiple countries/geographies #J-18808-Ljbffr
