This opportunity has arisen for a Senior Brand Manager. You'll have the chance to step into a senior leadership role with autonomy and direct influence on the business. You’ll help drive the brand strategy and have the potential to lead a team in the long term.You’ll work with well-known food brands in the fast-paced, dynamic food industry, where products have short lifecycles and high market visibility. The role covers perishable products like pork, chicken and beef, giving you the chance to apply your brand management skills in a critical sector.This is an exciting time to join the team as they build a new Comms campaign, Big Bet NPD, and an ambitious plan to expand physical availability.You’ll be responsible for managing large budgets (€3 – €3.5 million in marketing spend), leading brand strategy and ensuring the delivery of key projects across innovation, packaging, and promotional communications. This is an opportunity to manage complex projects, develop and execute brand plans, and take ownership of initiatives with real business impact.Proactively identifying ways to drive growth, owning the in-market results, and ensuring all initiatives are executed to a consistently high standard. Not only that, but you’ll support the Marketing Director on broader initiatives on the brand, play an active role in the business team, and partner with agencies.Capability RequirementsCreation of compelling Consumer Change Plans:Lead the team through the annual Brand Plan; creating insight-led strategies and tactics, which address the biggest ‘jobs to be done’ on the brandInput into the annual Business Plan process; collaborating with the Marketing Director and/or Business Team to translate the prioritized tactics into a fully commercialized planLead the team through the creation and deployment of Go To Market plans across the brand; collaborating with Sales and Category to galvanize our customers behind our plans 20th September, 2024 This opportunity has arisen for a Senior Brand Manager. Shopper and Online) and deliver a positive ROIManage our Brand Portfolio Profitably:Take full ownership of the portfolio; ensuring Brand Positioning / Tone Of Voice are executed consistently and that in-year targets (Revenue, EBIT and Market Share) are achievedProactively identify ways to drive performance of the portfolio even harder, whether that be through maximizing opportunities or minimizing risk; aligning the relevant stakeholders behind theseFeed into the Business Team; sharing recommendations regarding Activation, Innovation / Renovation, PPA and Distribution, and ensuring these are considered in the context of the in-year planStrategic thinking:Identifies actionable insights for the brand to capitalize on.Defines and prioritizes the Jobs to be done on the portfolio, and lines-up the right resources against these.Consistently refers to the strategy when making decisions and communicating to stakeholders.Collaboration and teamwork:Builds strong and trusted relationships with internal and external colleagues.Works well with other individuals, both in the immediate and wider team.Galvanizes internal and external stakeholders behind initiatives.Project Management:Plans, organizes, and prioritizes to ensure activities are delivered on time and in full.Considers different approaches and scenarios and develops contingency plans as appropriate.Proactively aligns key stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion.To be considered for this role you will have:Degree level qualification3+ years in an FMCG food-related organisationExperience developing TTL Comms campaignsApply For Job #J-18808-Ljbffr
