**Building Services Engineer Wanted**
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team in Dublin, with a focus on projects in the Pharmaceutical and Mission Critical sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, manage and coordinate production of all Building Services systems, including HVAC, Utilities, Plumbing and Fire Protection for large scale projects.
- Lead the design from concept to handover.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and further develop PM Group's design capability.
- Attend design team meetings and conduct onsite inspections.
- Develop and guide team members working under your supervision.
- Liaise and interact with the wider project team, including designers, clients and contractors.
- Ensure designs are in accordance with applicable codes and standards, such as Irish Building Regulations, CIBSE Design Guides, British Standards and Health & Safety Regulations.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years' experience in the design of Building Services systems, preferably in a consultancy environment in the pharmaceutical or allied sectors.
- Competent in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo.
- Honours degree (NFQ Level 8 for Ireland) preferably in Building Services or Mechanical engineering.
- Experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment.
- Chartered Engineer preferred.
